Big Bear Wholesale, located in the same building, is a separate wholesale company. It is not the seller of the returned merchandise and cannot help with refunds or retail orders.

Abandoned Goods Policy / 弃货条款
This address receives returns for registered customers only. Goods in any of the following situations are deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at our sole discretion, including by sale or destruction, without compensation: returns shipped to this address without prior authorization; goods left unclaimed with no processing instructions for more than 14 days after arrival; goods with service fees that remain unpaid 7 days after a payment notice is sent; and parcels that cannot be attributed to any customer, including parcels with no shipping label or an illegible label, damaged parcels whose owner cannot be identified, and parcels exceeding the forecasted quantity. Parcels that cannot be attributed to any customer, and parcels without processing eligibility (no customer code, or a code or recipient name from a discontinued customer segment), are counted on arrival and disposed of directly as abandoned goods. Scrap goods, contraband, flammable or explosive items, and infringing goods are discarded directly. Goods confirmed in advance with the sender as direct-discard are disposed of upon receipt.
