Big Bear Wholesale, located in the same building, is a separate wholesale company. It is not the seller of the returned merchandise and cannot help with refunds or retail orders.

Abandoned Goods Policy / 弃货条款
This address receives returns only for registered customers. Returns shipped to this address without prior authorization, goods left unclaimed for more than 3 months, and goods with service fees that remain unpaid 7 days after a payment notice is sent are deemed abandoned and will be disposed of at our sole discretion, without compensation. Goods confirmed in advance with the sender as direct-discard are disposed of upon receipt.
